LEGO Store Opening in Houston Texas at Baybrook Mall Grand Opening June 20th-22nd

My daughter built this house.  Two years ago we visited LEGOland in San Diego, Ca and we have become big lego fans at our house.

LEGO Grand Opening Event On Friday, June 20, the first LEGO store in the state of Texas, and the retailer’s 21st location in the nation, will open at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood. The new store will feature a consumer-friendly design with room for interactive play, and the retailer has planned a variety of events to entertain shoppers throughout the weekend. LEGO events scheduled Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22 including:   Friday, June 20: Yoda™ Build. Beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 20, LEGO Master Builder Dan Steininger will use LEGO bricks to construct an eight-foot tall Yoda™, the famous little green Star Wars character. Held in Center Court, the Yoda build is free and fun for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages. Everyone who participates will receive a LEGO Star Wars™ Certificate of Achievement, while supplies last, and a LEGO store coupon. Construction for the day will end at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 21: Yoda™ Build continues. The Yoda build on Saturday begins at 10:00 a.m. and continues through 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 21: special Houston LEGO set contest. Throughout the day on Saturday, June 21, customers can enter to win an exclusive LEGO set that’s been designed just for Houston. Every hour, the LEGO store will pick 10 winners who will receive the collectible, limited edition LEGO Space Shuttle set. (The Space Shuttle set is designed for ages 6+.) Sunday, June 22: commemorative t-shirt giveaway.
